Nursery Chef- SE6

We are looking for a reliable and passionate Nursery Chef to join a small nursery in SE6. This is a one-person role, so the ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and able to manage all aspects of kitchen operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook healthy, balanced meals for children and staff - Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times - Plan menus in line with dietary requirements and nursery policies - Manage stock and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Experience as a chef, ideally in a childcare, school, or similar setting - DBS check required (enhanced) - Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kitchen - Passion for providing nutritious meals for children
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with an immediate start.
