You will also engage directly with businesses, agents, and the public, offering advice on changes, reliefs, exemptions, and valuation matters. Responsibilities

You will support the Business Rates Team Manager to ensure a high-quality, efficient service across billing, collection, and recovery. You will engage directly with businesses, agents, and the public, offering advice on changes, reliefs, exemptions, and valuation matters. As part of the team you will contribute to the effective billing and collection of over £150 million in Business Rates annually.
