Nights Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Night Care Worker in our care home, you will help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and supported overnight. Working as part of the night leadership team, you will guide colleagues and support the smooth running of the shift. What your night will look like Supporting residents with personal care and comfort needs Monitoring residents wellbeing and responding to any concerns Supporting colleagues and organising workload during the shift Maintaining accurate care documentation Working alongside colleagues to support residents wellbeing Supporting early morning routines where required You will be organised, dependable and confident working in a senior role during night shifts. You will value teamwork and understand the importance of delivering consistent, person centred care overnight. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Basic IT skills are required for completing records and training.
