You Matter helps them rediscover their strengths, rebuild confidence, and believe in a more positive future.The RoleAs a Night Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported and secure throughout the night. Youll be a calm and reassuring presence, responding to needs as they arise and maintaining a stable environment.Key Responsibilities Provide overnight support within supported accommodation services Ensure the safety and security of residents and the building Conduct regular welfare checks and respond to incidents Maintain accurate records and clear handovers Work in line with individual support plans De-escalate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy About You Experience in homelessness, mental health, addiction or similar settings is desirable Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, non-judgemental approach Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries Why Apply Through P4 Recruitment?
