MainResponsibilities
Planandcoordinatenighttransportoperationsefficiently.
Experienceinperishablesorsupermarkettransportwouldbeanadvantage.
Liaisedirectlywithdrivers,customers,andservicepartnersintheUKandEU.
Monitorprogressandmakereal-timeadjustmentstoensureserviceexcellence.
Maintainstrongcommunicationacrossshiftsforsmoothhandovers.
Upholdcompliancewithdriverlegislationandoperationalprocedures.
KeyRequirements
Minimum2yearsexperienceinTransportPlanning.
Minimum1yearexperiencewithEUUKCustomsandETSFprocedures.
ExperiencemanagingaircargoandHGVdrivers(2yearspreferred).
Strongcommunicationandorganisationalskills.
Excellentattentiontodetailandproblem-solvingabilities.
Confidentworkingunderpressureandhandlingchange.
ProficientwithMicrosoftOfficeandtransportmanagementsystems.
SoundunderstandingofUKandContinentalEuropeangeography.
