The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
Patrolling and monitoring CCTV to maintain safety.
Managing access control, parcel deliveries, and loading bay operations.
Supporting concierge (covering breaks, assisting residents, handling parcels).
Being approachable and proactive - residents will see you as part of the community.
Using smart systems to log incidents and report maintenance issues.
What We're Looking For:
Valid SIA badge - essential for this role.
People-focused: Great communication and customer service skills.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using modern systems and tools.
Reliable & professional: Committed to high standards.
Team player: Positive and collaborative.
