Auto enrolment pension scheme Your duties will include: Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out. Running the night audit using our internal system (Opera Cloud). Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries. Looking after any guest requests. Conducting regular security walks, floor checks and light cleaning duties. Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required. Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean. Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skill and previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
