M4 Specialist are recruiting for a Night Manager how holds a HGV 1 license for our Client a distribution company based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking to expand their team. This client operate 24 hours / 364 days of the year. Salary £40,000 which is negotiable depending on experience. 28 days holiday Role Overview: As a Night Driver/Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing nighttime operations, ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries, and managing a team of drivers. Key Responsibilities: Drive Class 1 and 2 vehicles on nights. Supervise and coordinate the night driving team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Optimize routes and schedules for efficiency. Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the night. Requirements: Valid Class 1 driving licenses with a valid CPC & Tacho. Proven experience in night driving and team management. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Good knowledge of Southeast UK locations and routes.
