Located in the former BBC headquarters in West London, White City House features 1960s-style interiors, a state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool and bar. The club features a screening room, a Cecconi's Northern Italian restaurant, our Japanese restaurant Pen Yen with cabaret performances, plus daily music and event programming. The Role...

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Night Manager to join our and lead our overnight front office team in our beautiful, boutique-style hotel. As Night Manager you will oversee the night operations of the hotel including room service, check ins, check outs and any ad hoc member requests.

What we are looking for... Previous experience working in a hotel within a managerial capacity Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Able to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

What we are looking for... Up to 3-5 years' experience in hotel or rooms division in a senior management capacity Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing hotel operations. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external) Strong attention to details Excellent customer service Fluent in English Organised and reliable Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageous
