Night Chef

We are looking for a Night Chef to join our culinary department at Grosvenor House Suites! As a Night Chef, you will be responsible for preparing food items as assigned and in accordance with recipes and complying with Company and Hotel policies, procedures and standards to meet customers satisfaction.

As well as preparing guest orders you are also responsible for staff food and mise en place for breakfast. Working with one other night chef, the role is 5 nights a week and 40 hours a week. About you Proven experience in a similar role Experience in being responsible for the night shift on your own 5 Star Hotel Experienceideally Basic Food Hygiene qualification NVQL2 food preparation or equivalent Friendly, approachable, and professional Whats in it for you...
