My client is looking for a Night Baker / Pastry chef to produce all Viennoiserie and Pastry items for this busy Cafe in Chelsea. Candidates will be working alongside another senior Pastry chef between the hours of 0200am - 1000am. A good knowledge of hand finishing, lamination, pastry and Breads is an advantage , however the client is happy for a junior Pastry chef who wants to learn.
This a fantastic opportunity to work in a luxury environment with a brand new kitchen, under the guidance of an exceptional Head Pastry chef.
