An established, design-focused architectural practice in Northampton is looking for a Newly Qualified Architect (RIBA Part 3) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified architect eager to contribute to a varied portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, and educational sectors.

What you'll be doing:

Assist in the design and development of projects from concept through to completion *
Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations using industry-standard software *
Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination *
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent and regulations *
Incorporate sustainable, innovative design principles throughout your work *
Keep abreast of evolving industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies *
Present ideas and project updates clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders
What we're looking for:

RIBA Part 3 qualified (or recently qualified with ARB registration pending) *
Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp *
Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction techniques *
Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail and visual presentation skills *
Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively within a team *
Skilled at managing time and juggling multiple deadlines effectively *
Passionate about sustainable, forward-thinking design
