This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious solicitor at the start of their career to develop within a supportive and relaxed working environment. You will work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects, acting for a diverse client base. The firm has a strong presence in South Wales and is known for its approachable and down to earth culture. You will be working closely with an experienced and highly regarded Partner who is well connected in the local market and committed to mentoring junior lawyers.
