Our Hiring Process

  1. Screening Interview (30-45 mins) -Talent Team
  2. Growth Team Interview (30 mins) - Focus on fit and mindset
  3. Final Interview + Presentation (60 mins) — Deep dive on approach, problem-solving, and performance history

We aim to complete our process in under 3 weeks and provide updates within 72 hours at each step.
