Site Manager
to join our delivery team.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the exacting high standards our clients expect. Key Responsibilities: Site Leadership:
Lead and manage all on-site personnel, including subcontractors and internal staff.
Quality Control:
Maintain rigorous quality standards consistent with high-specification residential and commercial builds.
Program Management:
Drive the project schedule, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to keep the build on track.
Safety Excellence:
Uphold a 'safety first' culture, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations and internal policies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Design Teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive problem-solver with a background in high-value new build projects. Essential Qualifications & Skills: SMSTS
(Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Valid and current.
First Aid at Work
(3-day certificate).
CSCS Black Card
(Managerial).
Proven experience managing
large-scale New Build projects
(PBSA or BTR experience is highly desirable).
Strong technical knowledge of modern construction methods and energy-efficient building standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse subcontract packages.
Full UK Driving License (Travel across the North West is required).
