Job Description International Firm with arguably one of Scotland's best and most revered finance practices are looking for an Associate from NQ to 3 Years' PQE to join their banking team. You can be based from either the Glasgow or Edinburgh office.
Perfect opportunity for a lawyer returning to Scotland from London / overseas or a banking lawyer at a smaller firm who is looking for a big increase in salary and quality of work and clients. Equally, it would be a great opportunity for a banking lawyer already with a leading firm in Scotland but who is looking for a bigger and friendlier team. And of course, this role would be a perfect steppingstone for a Scots lawyer looking to eventually get to a US/Magic Circle Firm in London.
You will get exposure to the full range of financing mandates - general corporate lending, real estate finance, leveraged finance and energy and infrastructure finance, acting for leading investment banks, direct lenders and private equity firms on the most significant finance mandates flowing through the Scottish and UK market.
