What youll do: Act as the senior technical escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line incidents, with a strong focus on network-related issues Configure, deploy, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure across multi-site school environments Lead IT projects from planning to implementation Deliver on-site and remote technical support and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing What youll bring: Proven hands-on experience configuring and supporting network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless) Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office365/Azure Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure A customer-first mindset with great communication skills A friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach
