This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our critical enterprise infrastructure. This role offers a direct path to technical leadership, driving migration to a secure, high-performance multi-cloud environment while maintaining and optimizing core on-premise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient architectures across AWS and Azure platforms.

Lead complex cloud migration projects and define long-term cloud strategies and roadmaps.

Ensure full compliance with industry standards, best practices, and audit requirements.

Drive cost efficiency by monitoring spend and identifying optimization opportunities across all environments.

Operations & Engineering

Manage, optimize, and maintain enterprise VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter).

Configure and maintain core networking infrastructure, including Cisco routers and network protocols.

Develop and manage robust Disaster Recovery systems for both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

Perform essential maintenance (OS, systems, application upgrades) and monitor Storage Area Networks (SANs).

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the hybrid infrastructure.

Leadership & Collaboration

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders on annual budget planning and long-term technology vision.

Required Experience

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud and infrastructure management.

Deep expertise in VMware (vSphere/vCenter) and Cisco networking solutions.

Proven experience developing and managing solutions on both AWS and Azure.

Strong understanding of security, networking protocols, and disaster recovery principles.

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
