An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join a leading FMCG food business. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the potential to transition into a permanent role.
The Role
As the National Account Manager for Convenience, you'll play a crucial role in developing partnerships with new customers and managing accounts across the UK and Ireland. Your focus will be on accelerating the healthy snacking agenda and establishing a strong presence in emerging retail markets, including meal deal bays, food-to-go, convenience channels, high street discounters, and forecourts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped channels to expand the healthy snacking category
Develop and implement channel-specific business plans to maximise revenue potential and increase market share
Secure listings in targeted channels by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers
Negotiate favourable terms with retail partners to maximise visibility, distribution, and placement of products
Champion the development of a new category vision for healthy snacking
Contribute to a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) project, focusing on pricing, promotions, and portfolio optimisation
