Redefining Wine.Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.About the roleThe National Account Executive will support day to day account management with Route to Market partners as well as end customers within our diverse On-Trade account, based in Scotland (remote).Key Responsibilities Include:Reporting & Forecasting: Involved in forecasting for Regional Groups to meet Demand Control targetsAccount Administration: Promotional tracking and pricing in Anaplan (Vinarchy P&P IT System)Business Development: Develop buyer relationships to identify future opportunities for promo activity and new listingsBudget management: Manage and deliver budgeted GP to National Group targetsWider Team Support: Assist Channel Controller with ad hoc projects & reports, lend support to other On Trade National accounts as required. Support Trade Marketing Manager with activation information requiredAnalysis: Work with Category Insight Team across total customer portfolio to support listings and promotionsActivation & Execution: Understands customers business model and promotional cycle to ensure our brands are showcased to drive volume and profitMonitoring: Visit key customer outlets to ensure promotions are being implementedStrategic Planning/Delivery: Execute and deliver the Business plan for identified targetsWhat Youll Bring:Experience: At least 1 year experience as a NAE in an FMCG environment within On TradeAccount Management: Previous experience of account/customer management ideally with direct P&L customer responsibility.Selling & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate strong selling abilities to drive business growth and secure profitable deals with customers.Forecasting & Analysis: Ability to analyse data to build arguments for commercial benefitPassion For Product: Exhibit genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about the products, ensuring compelling communication and customer engagement.Customer Focused: Prioritise customer needs and deliver exceptional service to build lasting relationships and loyalty.Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, teams, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.Builds Proactive Working Relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners to support mutual success.Results Orientated: Focus on achieving specific targets and outcomes, driving performance and contributing to the success of the business.Why Join Us?Vinarchy is a home for passionate people to do their very best work.
