Multi-Skilled Technician (Panel / Paint / MET) Ilkeston
Paying up to £53,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join a busy accident repair centre in Ilkeston, covering panel, paint, and MET work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out panel repairs including welding, dent removal, and realignment

• Perform paint preparation, mixing, and spraying to manufacturer standards

• Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on vehicles

• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and productivity targets

• Work flexibly across different disciplines as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in panel, paint, and/or MET roles within a crash repair environment

• Strong knowledge of welding, refinishing, and vehicle systems

• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
