We have a stand out role for an Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work for a highly renowned company on a static, commercial property based in North London, this position will come with a unique package, additional training and the chance to progress further technically.

This is a Monday - Friday, static position (36 hour working week)

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, actively fault find / troubleshoot, diagnose faults, carry out in depth engineering works, update site logbooks, respond emergencies and carry out compliance tasks.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance Statutory Compliance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors
