The Company
Based within one of the UK’s leading FMCG manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit experienced maintenance engineers to add to their existing team. The facility at Long Sutton will benefit from further investment, to increase capacity and automation on site. This manufacturing giant is part of a global group and has been established over 100 years and is an extremely secure group.
Key Skills
* Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery
* Understanding of PPM systems
Multi-skilled engineer, ideally electrical bias but will look at mechanical if they have good electrical skills.
They have 30 engineering staff, each shift is 1 team leader and 3 engineers.
The role is reactive and preventative maintenance on canning and bottling lines, they have Tetra Pak, and 2 Krones canning lines and a Krones Pet Line and Ideally would like someone with Siemens Fault Finding experience.
There will be a great deal of technical development, which will aid your longer term career prospects within this instantly recognisable group.
