Multi-Skilled Joiner – Social Housing (Planned Kitchens & Bathrooms) Permanent Position • Leeds • Van and Fuel Card ProvidedWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing contractor for a Permanent Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their planned works team in Leeds. The role focuses on delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom replacements in occupied social housing properties and provides long-term stability, strong team support, and a company van with fuel card.The Role As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will complete a range of planned works, including: Full kitchen rip-out and installationWorktop installation including accurate mitre jointsStudwork, boxing-in, skirting, architraves, door linings and adjustmentsBathroom joinery including panels and access hatchesBasic plumbing (taps, wastes, traps, minor pipework)Basic tiling, grouting, and silicone finishingPatch plastering and general making-goodWorking professionally and respectfully in occupied properties Requirements NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or time-served backgroundStrong multi-trade skills (basic plumbing, tiling, plastering)Experience working on social housing planned kitchen/bathroom programmesAsbestos Awareness (or willingness to refresh)Full UK driving licenceGood communication and customer service skillsDBS is desirable (can be arranged if required) What's on Offer Permanent position with a respected social housing contractorCompany van and fuel card providedCompetitive salary (can be added)Monday to Friday, full-time hoursPension, holiday pay, and employee benefitsOngoing training and development opportunitiesStable, well-organised planned works programme across Leeds Why Apply?
