We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Greenwich Care Homes team based in London. Location: Mobile across Greenwich Care Homes (London) Hours: 40 hours per week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role Join Kier Places Workplace Solutions as a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer working across our Greenwich Care Homes portfolio. In this permanent position, you'll provide essential maintenance support across multiple care home locations, ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming environments for residents and staff alike. What will you be responsible for? As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining operational excellence across our care home facilities. Your day to day will include: Performing planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks including Legionella testing Diagnosing and repairing faults across building systems including HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing Undertaking fabric maintenance including carpentry, painting, and general repairs Supporting small refurbishment projects and coordinating with sub-contractors Maintaining accurate documentation and records using our digital systems What are we looking for?
