Multi Trader Job Summary\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Multi Trader to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Multi Trade related construction skills, with the ability to work in tenanted social housing properties.\n\nMulti Trader Duties\n\nReactive maintenance within social housing properties\n\t\nSpeaking to tenants daily\n\t\nPerforming tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating\n\t\nUsing company Van & PDA\n\t\nLiaising with planners\n\nRequirements:\n\nFull UK Driving Licence\n\t\nPrevious social housing experience\n\t\nClean DBS check\n\t\nTrade qualifications (NVQ or City & Guilds)
