We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Multi Trader with a strong focus on decorating and basic knowledge across multiple trades to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in painting and decorating, along with basic knowledge of carpentry, plastering, tiling, plumbing, and general building maintenance. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating work * Perform basic carpentry tasks * Undertake minor plastering repairs and patchwork * Carry out basic tiling * Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and installing sanitary ware * Conduct general building repairs and maintenance * Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a multi-trade role within the construction or maintenance industry * Strong decorating skills with excellent attention to detail * Basic knowledge of carpentry, plastering, tiling, plumbing, and general building * Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision * Strong communication and customer service skills * Full UK driving licence * Own tools and transport

Desirable:

* NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade * CSCS card
