I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join an up and coming social housing contractor in the Black country area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on social housing properties around West Brom and surrounding areas.

Conducting reactive repairs within customers homes Dealing with emergency repairs Routine repairs Responding to prearranged repair appointments Using a wide range of trades on a day to day basis As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have:

Experience in a core trade of carpentry Driving licence Excellent communication skills and a customer focus Social housing experience What you can expect as a Multi Trade Operative
