Multi Trade Operative

Location: Wimbledon and Surrounding Areas Contract Type: Temporary Salary: £21.50 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week

Main Purpose of the Role The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across their primary trade as well as secondary trades. All work must be completed efficiently and within required deadlines. Key Responsibilities Maintain and replenish van stock, ensuring usage is accurately recorded via PDA Specify and order specialist materials as required, minimising wastage Return all goods received notes and paperwork to the Response admin team Accurately use PDA and/or job tickets in real time Complete standby log sheets, material orders, vehicle reports, and policy documentation Inform managers of any changes to work tickets (cancellations, follow-on work, status changes) Use company vehicles in line with company policy Ensure safe and effective use of tools and equipment, reporting any loss or damage Comply with all company policies and procedures Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices at all times Carry out risk assessments and report unsafe practices or incidents Achieve and maintain CSCS Scheme recognition Present a professional image, wearing company workwear Aim to complete work correctly on the first visit Be flexible to meet workload demands as ...
