?? What Youll Be Doing
Carrying out planned and reactive M&E maintenance across multiple sites
Diagnosing faults and delivering effective first-fix solutions
Acting as first responder to engineering emergencies
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
Supervising third-party contractors when required
Completing real-time work orders and achieving SLA targets
Providing technical support and deputising for the Managing Engineer

Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC
Full UK driving licence
Strong experience within the supermarket or multi-site environment
Ability to work independently in a customer-facing setting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Confident with IT systems and smart devices
Desirable:
BS 7671:18th Edition
Gas Safe
C&G 2391 Test & Inspection
C&G 2079 F-Gas CAT 1
