Key Responsibilities

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on air conditioning systems (split units, VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs, etc.). Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, recordkeeping. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
