We have an exciting vacancy for a Maintenance Shift Engineer within a forward-thinking food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a role that balances electrical and mechanical expertise.

What the Role Offers:

Competitive salary of £47,940, with overtime paid at x1.5 for Saturdays and x2 for Sundays.

Varied shift pattern: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00. Initially part of a 5-shift rotation, moving to a 3-shift rotation once settled.

Ongoing training to develop both electrical and mechanical skills.

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will:

Collaborate with production and technical teams to minimise downtime.

Deliver both preventative and reactive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of production lines.

Who We're Looking For:

Engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills.

Exceptional teamwork skills - we achieve more together.
