Multi Skilled Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer with an HVAC bias to support a portfolio of high street retail stores. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and exceptional service.
Role Responsibilities
Carry out maintenance and repair of all operational equipment within retail sites, ensuring consistently high service standards.
Respond to client queries, oversee planned PPM and compliance tasks, and maintain clear communication regarding site activities.
Support contractors and sub‑contractors, ensuring all statutory requirements are met, and complete all associated documentation accurately and on time.
Work proactively and flexibly, managing your own workload while supporting colleagues when needed.
Follow safe working practices at all times, including manual handling of equipment up to 20kg, using vertical access equipment, and working at height.
Required Qualifications & Experience
City & Guilds qualified, with proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
Strong customer service focus and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Solid understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in a call‑out rota.
Physically capable of carrying equipment up to 20kg and working safely at height.
