Our client is looking for someone with a fantastic attention to detail ability and excellent initiative. You will be maintaining and monitoring systems on site at one of London’s most exclusive destination with over millions of people visiting annually.\n\nResponsibilities\n•Respond to all enquiries promptly\n•Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs\n•Follow planned preventative procedures\n•Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors\n•Perform rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract\n\nRequirements\n•Excellent client facing skills\n•Experience working on HVAC and AHU handling units\n•Able to prove that you have experience working in a similar field of employment.\n•Be able to provide references.\n•18th Edition Qualification
