Multi-Site Duty Manager – Luxury Residential Health Clubs (Training Provided) London | 16–40 Hours | £14.80–£15.00 per hour Assessment Day: 28th April 2026 – London This role is perfect for candidates with strong experience specifically within Gyms, Spas, Hotel Leisure, Premium FOH, or 5★ Hospitality who are passionate about fitness and exceptional service. Educated Body is recruiting Multi‑Site Duty Managers to support operations across luxury residential Health Clubs in West, East & Central London. These exclusive, residents‑only facilities include premium gyms, spa pools, swimming areas and high‑end wellness suites. Educated Body is a health and fitness company that operates in a niche sector, luxury residential and corporate developments. We work on some of the highest profile property projects in the UK, our job is to run luxury health clubs and spas. This means delivering the highest levels of customer service inside these beautiful leisure facilities that host; A Gym with unrivalled top of the range equipment, a stunning Swimming Pool with a Sauna/ Spa, an extensive Group Exercise programme, Personal Training, Beauty Therapy rooms, areas for relaxation and wider wellbeing services. We do not just manage sites; we consult on their development and design, and we supply specialist equipment too. We are a flexible, agile, and fast-growing company where our good people will get promoted. We are opening lots of new sites and we need managers. We will train you and support you to grow with us. You will get the chance to learn on the job and work with our senior management team too. About the Role As a Duty Manager, you'll oversee the daily operation of high‑end leisure facilities across multiple sites. This position blends: Duty Management Luxury customer service and hospitality Leisure & pool supervision Health & safety oversight Front‑of‑house professionalism You will support premium health club spaces including: Modern fitness suites Spa pools & saunas Swimming pools Group exercise studios Wellness & treatment areas Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations across multiple luxury sites Maintain exceptional 5★ presentation and service standards Liaise with housekeeping, contractors and estate management Providing welcoming high end hospitality services Support group exercise coordination (if applicable) Safety & Compliance Confidently supervise pool environments Complete daily checks, cleaning and equipment maintenance Uphold all health & safety, risk assessment and compliance processes Customer Service Deliver a warm, refined resident experience at all times Provide a polished front‑of‑house presence Handle enquiries, feedback and resident requests efficiently Skills & Experience Experience MUST come from one of the following environments: Gyms / Health Clubs Spa or Hotel Leisure Departments 5★ Hotels or Premium Hospitality Luxury Front‑of‑House, Leisure sales roles Fitness, wellbeing or private members‑club settings Candidates will only be considered if their experience is from these environments. Essential Requirements Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification , or willingness to obtain (fully sponsored) Confident swimmer Prepared to undertake Emergency Pool Responder (EPR) training Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work early starts (from 5:30am) and some weekends We Also Welcome Strong Non‑Qualified Candidates Who Have: Proven 5★ hospitality or high-end FOH experience Customer‑facing experience from gyms, spas, or hotel leisure A strong interest in fitness & wellness Willingness to complete a fully funded Level 2 qualification Pay & Contract £14.80–£15.00 per hour Permanent part‑time & full‑time roles (16–40 hours) Multi‑site flexibility required Benefits Company pension Company events Full training provided (including sponsored qualifications) Opportunities for progression within luxury residential fitness Assessment Day28th April 2026 – London Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend.
