On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for anOcean & Air Coordinator / Freight Forwarding Coordinatorto join their Glasgow office.This role would suit an experienced Ocean & Air Coordinator or Freight Forwarding Coordinator with hands-on exposure to air freight and ocean freight operations, looking to join a stable and reputable freight forward with a strong UK and international presence.Role Overview:The Ocean & Air Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating air freight and ocean freight import and export shipments from booking through to delivery. Working within a freight forwarding environment, you will liaise with carriers, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliant shipment movements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinateair freight and ocean freightimport and export shipmentsPrepare, check, and processFreight Forwarding documentationEnsure compliance withcustoms, regulatory, and operationalrequirementsExperience & SkillsPrevious experience as anOcean & Air Coordinator,Freight Forwarder, orFreight Forwarding CoordinatorKnowledge of import/export documentation and customs proceduresStrong organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsConfident using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Exceptional Customer Service with strong follow-up skillsSalary & PackageSalary range:£28,000 £35,000, dependent on experiencePermanent role, Monday to Friday, office-based in GlasgowPlease apply with anupdated CV.JBRP1_UKTJ
