In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet evolving business needs. You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Development & Delivery - Design, develop, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE solutions across core modules - Build Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) on Dataverse - Develop and implement Power Automate flows (cloud, desktop, and business process flows) - Create custom plugins, PCF controls, and web resources using C#, JavaScript, and .NET - Integrate D365 with third-party systems using APIs and Azure services - Develop and maintain Dataverse data models ensuring performance and security - Build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions - Conduct testing, debugging, and issue resolution - Support AI-enabled features (e.g. Copilot) and advise on governance and adoption ________________________________________ Solution Design & Architecture - Lead solution design and translate business requirements into scalable architectures - Produce technical documentation (designs, diagrams, specifications) - Define development standards, governance, and ALM strategies - Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes ________________________________________ Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams - Provide technical guidance and challenge requirements where appropriate - Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing - Collaborate within Agile delivery environments ________________________________________ Essential Skills & Experience - Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform - Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript - Strong knowledge of Dataverse (data modelling, security, APIs) - Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Integration Services) - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management - Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ________________________________________ Qualifications & Certifications Required: - Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience Desirable Certifications: - Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) - Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) - Dynamics 365 Sales (MB-210) - Dynamics 365 Customer Service (MB-230) ________________________________________ Core Competencies - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Clear communication and stakeholder engagement - Collaborative approach across technical and business teams - Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions - Strategic thinking with a focus on business outcomes
