*Duties*
* Carry out servicing * Oil changes * Tyre changes * Brake changes * Getting vehicles ready for MOT * Diagnosing faults & issues * Utilise hand tools and power tools to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks * Modifications & Accessory installation - including bike racks, air conditioning units (habitation side), WIFI units, and more\* * Habitation Servicing\* * Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment * Work both independently and as part of our small team
\*There is no expectation of a mechanic to hold skills related to the habitation side in order to apply - although general DIY skills are handy - all training will be offered.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar technical role * Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle types * Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers * Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact drivers * Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical trades are advantageous
MG Motorhomes - a small family business based in Royston, Hertfordshire. We have a small team of technicians, which we would like to grow to include a further trained mechanic.
Normal working hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm (on rota).
