Reporting to the Motor Director, you will lead a number of Team Leaders and Motor Adjusters handling complex Motor claims, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout. This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to succeed, including a top-of-the-range Apple MacBook with additional screens, and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment. Responsibilities

Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling. Monitor and analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement. Serve as a resource for escalated claims and ensure accuracy and adequacy of all claim reserving aspects. Execute on performance management: attract, hire, retain, and provide high level of training. Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports, metrics, and analysis to clients and customers.

Qualifications

Extensive managerial experience within Motor claims, ideally encompassing Motor Damage losses. Strong people leader with excellent technical expertise and problem‑solving skills. Dynamic, able to thrive in a fast‑paced and constantly‑evolving environment and willing to challenge the status‑quo. Willing to get involved in a variety of different projects and assignments.
