About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and reliable MOT Tester to join our workshop in the Bournemouth area. You will be responsible for carrying out Class 4 MOT tests, ensuring every vehicle meets DVSA safety and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, safety-driven, and confident working within a busy workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations Ensure accurate assessment, recording, and documentation of results Identify defects and advise on necessary repairs Work efficiently to meet daily MOT schedules Help maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant workshop Provide excellent customer service when required Requirements

Valid MOT Tester licence (Class 4) Strong understanding of DVSA testing standards Full UK driving licence High attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and manage your own MOT workload Good communication skills What We Offer
