MOT Tester

Bognor Regis £34,000 Basic – £40,000 (DOE) + Bonus Monday to Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays (AM only)

We’re working with a busy, well-established workshop in the Bognor Regis area, looking to add an experienced MOT Tester to their team. This is a stable, high-volume site with a consistent flow of work — ideal for someone who wants to stay productive without pressure selling.

The Role:

* Carrying out MOT tests in line with Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) standards

* Identifying vehicle faults and reporting advisories clearly

* Supporting with light mechanical work where required (if desired)

* Maintaining accurate records and working efficiently to daily targets

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high safety and compliance standard

✅ Requirements:

* Valid MOT Tester licence (Class 4 minimum)

* Previous experience in a workshop or fast-fit environment

* Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence
