MOT Tester / Vehicle Service Technician – Twickenham
We’re looking for an experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Service Technician to join a friendly, professional workshop team in Twickenham. The role offers the chance to work with a range of prestigious vehicles while being part of a close-knit, supportive environment that values skill, integrity, and pride in the job.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations, along with general vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. The right person will take genuine care in their work, maintain high standards, and bring a positive, team-focused attitude to the workshop.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards
*
Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs as needed
*
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic tools
*
Complete inspections to identify any additional repair or maintenance requirements
*
Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards
*
Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workspace
What You’ll Need
*
Valid MOT Tester Licence (essential)
*
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*
Experience within the automotive industry
*
Your own set of tools (essential)
*
Full, clean UK driving licence
*
A professional, reliable, and positive approach
