Mortgage and Protection Case ManagerLeicester (ref AL1408)Salary up to £28,000 (£26k basic + up to £2k bonus pa) + benefitsMy client is an award-winning Mortgage Broker specialising in new build mortgages.They have been helping customers buy their dream homes for over 25 years and now have an exciting new opportunity for an individual to join their Leicester based team as a Mortgage and Protection Case Manager.Purpose of the role is to:Provide effective communication with all stakeholders (advisers, customer, builders, surveyors, lenders and Insurers) to ensure all cases move to offer stage in a timely manner Keep all stakeholders abreast of case progress including collation of missing documents and informationSupport, as appropriate, cases from lender/Insurer submission through to exchange / completion, liaising with key stakeholders throughout the process (Inc. solicitors) Ensuring relevant protection policies are placed on risk at the correct timeMaintain compliance and business standards to ensure effective management of key business risks and achievement of our regulatory responsibilitiesCheck and update reports for weekly introducer updatesManage a minimum pipeline of 45 cases Ensure application to offer timescales are within 14 daysProvide additional administration support to relevant Departments.Skills required:Have good PC skills, Microsoft Office packageOrganisational and time-management skills, prioritising and multi-tasking your workloadDemonstrate good written and verbal communication and customer service skillsAbility to work without supervision & be self-motivating while also being a team playerDemonstrate good work ethics in line with reinforcing the company values Ability to keep industry knowledge up to date with the latest criteria / regulations etc.Having strong attention to detail, and working in a methodical & thorough wayAble to adapt, quickly and flexibly, to requirementsHave experience ofAn administrative function preferably within financial services (Mortgages & Insurance) Working with both internal and external stakeholdersIf this role is of interest, please apply with an up to date CV.We aim to respond to all applications within 10 days.
