We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Mobilisation Manager to support the Planning Manager (Overhaul) in delivering mobilisation programmes for planned overhaul workstreams at both Selhurst and Hornsey. This is a critical role ensuring that all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to support our Production teams. Key Accountabilities Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely introduction of Overhaul and Engineering Projects. Collaborate with GTR Materials teams and external suppliers to develop and validate Bills of Materials (BoMs) for planned overhaul workstreams. Review and confirm material orders, ensuring timely delivery to support operational schedules. Engage with the GTR Safety Team during mobilisation phases to support the creation, review, and implementation of risk assessments. Work with the Training and Competency Team to identify and address any new or specialist competence requirements. Support compliance activities, including audits, PGIs, and statutory inspections.
