We are currently working with a well-established automotive client who is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to cover the Milton Keynes area. This is a permanent position offering a strong salary package, stable workload, and the opportunity to work primarily on light commercial vehicles (vans).
The RoleAs a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of servicing, maintenance, and repair work at customer locations. The role is van-based and focuses mainly on LCVs, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service are delivered consistently.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on vans
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
Completing all work to manufacturer and safety standards
Accurately completing job cards and reports
Providing a professional and reliable mobile service to customers
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mobile Technician
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Experience working on vans / light commercial vehicles is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Salary up to £46,000 per annum depending on experience
Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided
