Field Service Engineer

to support customers across London and the surrounding region. This is a home-based role offering a high level of autonomy, daily variety, and the chance to work directly with customers in a hands-on engineering environment. You will play a key role in ensuring critical garage equipment is installed, maintained, and operating safely and efficiently. The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Servicing, maintaining and repairing garage equipment including tyre changers, wheel balancers and vehicle lifts Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs on-site Responding to breakdowns and delivering reactive maintenance support Completing planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime Working across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems Accurately completing job reports using a tablet-based system Representing the business professionally when dealing with customers This is a field-based role covering London, the M25 and surrounding Home Counties, with travel required on a daily basis. What Were Looking For

We are keen to speak with engineers who have: A strong background in

mechanical, electrical or pneumatic engineering Experience in a

service, maintenance or field-based role Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills The ability to work independently and manage their own workload A professional, customer-focused approach A full UK driving licence Experience with garage equipment is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
