Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)
PRS is actively seeking a Mobile Plumber to maintain a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings across Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance efficiently
✅ Carry out basin & tap replacements and general plumbing works
✅ Conduct fire alarm checks, emergency lighting, hot & cold water maintenance
✅ Work on FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and risers
✅ Handle minor fabric works (e.g., fixing broken doors/locks)
✅ Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
✔ NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) in Plumbing
✔ Previous commercial maintenance experience
✔ Knowledge of water treatment, HVAC systems, and FCUs
✔ Ability to participate in an on-call rota
✔ Strong customer service skills for a corporate client-facing environment
