Manchester £34,000 – £38,000 + Van + Overtime (OTE £45k – £55k) The Company NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a leading organisation within the plant hire sector, known for its strong presence across the UK, modern fleet and commitment to supporting its engineers. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Mobile Plant Technician to cover the Manchester area. The Role As a Mobile Plant Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of plant hire equipment across customer sites. Key responsibilities include: Service, maintenance and repair of plant hire equipment Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults efficiently Working on equipment such as excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, tower lights and trailers Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance Completing all job reports accurately Providing a high level of customer service on-site The Candidate The ideal candidate will have: Experience working on plant hire or construction equipment Strong mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding skills (basic electrics beneficial) Experience working on excavators, dumpers, rollers or telehandlers Full UK driving licence A reliable, self-motivated and professional approach The Package £34,000 – £38,000 basic salary Company van Overtime available (OTE £45k – £55k) Training & development opportunities Long-term progression Why Apply? xehkeey A great opportunity to join a growing business with strong earning potential, job security and the chance to work on a varied fleet of equipment.
