Up to £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card Permanent | Call-Out Rota Required An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to join a leading global facilities management provider supporting a high-profile commercial portfolio across Royal Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in building services maintenance who is looking to join a company that offers excellent training, long-term career progression, and opportunities to grow within a global organisation. The Role As a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites. You will ensure all systems operate efficiently while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across building services systems
Fault finding and repairing plant and equipment
Maintenance of systems such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, and basic HVAC equipment
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance regulations
Complete job reports and documentation accurately
Participate in a call-out rota

Requirements Experience working as a Multiskilled Engineer within commercial building maintenance
Electrical or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent preferred)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently across multiple sites
