Mobile Mechanical Engineer - Up to £45,000 - High-End Residential & Commercial Portfolio - Monday to Friday -London / M25\n\n Are you a Mobile Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge?\n An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based across London has arisen. \n\n CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to be based in the London area carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance across a high-end residential & commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will currently be a mobile mechanical engineer and have a strong understanding of servicing, repairing, and installing heating systems and plumbing works at various commercial properties.\n \n This position would be ideal for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.\n\n Key duties & Responsibilities\n\nMonitor mechanical plant\nPumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings\nPlumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers\nBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
